Our twin/double room had great amenities like satellite television, climate control, and a fridge, and all the staff members were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The fact that they refunded my money as fast as they took it...

The pool area was nice, rooms were quiet. Breakfast with juice and hot waffles, as example. Location next to supermarket, the beach, and a private island with palms and palm trees blocking out the hotels.

The location right off the highway was convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a functional Wi-Fi connection and a tv. The adjacent restaurants, gas station, grocery store, and Family Dollar made it convenient for all my needs. The free continental breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating as there was limited space available, forcing us to park at the drop-off location in front of the hotel. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as it didn't appear to be well-maintained.
